Participants can sign up at maximum 2 challenges, simple and double

Each player signed up in the contest, regardless of the category, will play 3 games. Pyramid system for elimination rounds.

The lotion used in the contest is Kegel EASY STREET 38 ft.

Bowling shoes are provided by the organizers.

Concept
Corporate Games Romania, part of the Corporate Games Worldwide network, attracts through an unique sporting event participants that are part of Romanian companies, regardless of the legal organization of the company or its number of employees. Our concept is “Open to all for the benefit of all!” and is based on the integration of all social categories, people with disabilities, with no discrimination of sex, religion etc.

1. Participants
Corporate Games athletes can be persons registered for the competition by the company, even if they are employees or business partners, clients, suppliers, former employees, shareholders and administrators.
Professional athletes, legitimated by the Federation at the moment of the competition, are not allowed to participate in the event. Each participant will be verified based on the information given in the Registry Forms, and the ones confirmed by the Federation will be excluded without having their participation fee reimbursed.
In the company lot the trainer, masseur and manager can be included. They are required to pay the participation fee and will have access at the locations of the event based on their badges. All partakers are required to wear their badges on and off the field where the event is taking place. Organizers reserve the rights to ask for identification at any time during the event, to prevent suspicions during the championship.

2. Team manager
The team manager is the representative chosen to mediate between the organizers, referees and all the members of the team. His duty is to confirm the company’s lot and assure that all obligations are respected by the competing team in the championship.
The manager can at the same time be the team’s captain, trainer or player. In order to have access to the field, the manager must be registered with the team and have a valid badge.
Organizers can, at own initiative or prompted by other participants, ask for the manager/trainer to leave the field if he cannot present a valid participation badge. In the eventuality in which the manager refuses to leave the field the referees can interrupt the game until the situation is remedied.

3. Team Captain
The team captain is in charge of communicating with the referee during the game. The captain will wear an armlet. It the eventuality of replacement, he will hand the armlet to another player on the field.
It is the team captain’s responsibility to communicate to the referee, the name of the player who commits a foul.

4. Officials
4.1. Referees
All matches in the Winter Corporate Games benefit of an impartial referee provided through Sport Award. Before kicking off the game, the referee fills the game report, based on the IDs of the athletes competing, verifying their identity and their membership to the lot.
In the eventuality of the referee noticing (directly or through the game monitor’s attention) players that are not part of the team on the field, he has the right to stop the game so that they can leave the field.
All athletes who participate in the Winter Corporate Games must understand that they are to obey the referee’s decisions and calls, which are based on the hereby regulation which is an adaptation of the FIVB regulation book modified for Corporate Games.
Misconduct will be analyzed by the Discipline Committee of the competition, penalties being applied according to the hereby regulation.
The organizers reserve the right to add or apply other penalties than the ones provided by this regulation, respecting the procedures and principals of the official soccer regulation.

4.2 Game Monitor
At all matches that take place during Winter Corporate Games, the Sport Award’s representative from the official board is the supreme authority of the organization. He monitors over the correct conduit of the game and makes calls during or after the game in case of organizational issues or deviations from the hereby regulation.

4.3 The Board Committee
The board is the supreme ruler of Corporate Games, the decisions taken by him being definite and incontestable.
The board forms the Discipline Committee, responsible with reviewing all deviations from the rules that occurred during the competition, on and off the field, complaints and reclamations. They are also responsible with giving out the appropriate penalties applied by the hereby regulation. The decision taken by the Committee and Board will be passed forward to the team managers as soon as possible.

5. Competition format
5.1 The field
The referee has the right to delay the starting time or interrupt a game if he notices that the lanes are not accordingly greased.

5.2 Score Card
Is the document on which the technical facts regarding the game are shown and is the official document of the match.
At the end of the match, team captains have the responsibility of signing the score card in order for the score to be certified. In the case in which a team captain refuses to sign the score card, the score will be announced by the referee.

5.3 Team
A game is disputed between two contestant or teams formed out of 2 or 4 members, male, female and mixed.

5.4 Game play
Each player signed up in the contest, regardless of the category, will play 3 games (no reentries allowed).
The lane remains the same for each stage of the game (lanes don’t change).
The rules used are the WTBA rules (World Tenpin Bowling Association)

5.5 Benefits
Women benefit of 8 bowling pins for each game.

5.6 Incomplete team
In the eventuality of a team being incomplete with or without intention, the referee must stop the game and the team will lose through forfeit.

5.7 Replacements
During a game, no replacements are allowed in the team.

5.8 Corporate Games gift
Organizers offer each contestant a pack that includes a Corporate Games T-shirt and a Souvenir Program, which includes all the information on the competition.

5.9 Equipment and uniforms
Players must wear bowling shoes and by decently dressed.
There are 5 minutes reserved for warm up for individuals and double competitions and 10 minutes for teams.
The ointment used in the contest is Kegel EASY STREET 38 ft.
The lanes get greased after 12 individual games.

5.10 Medical Assistance
Contestants benefit from medical assistance during the race.
Choosing to participate in the cyclist competition, participants take full responsibility concerning their health. By the hereby regulations, the organizing team of the championship reminds all participants that it is necessary to take a periodic physical exam and one before the start of the competition, the risks that come with not doing it being their own responsibility.

6. System
6.1 Ranking
The total amount of points are gathered from the 3 rounds.
For doubles and teams results are gathered from all players within the team.
Descending ranking is done based on the totals received.

6.2 Shootout
In the eventuality of a tie, criteria for shootout are as following:
-results in the last, last by one and first game
-if it is still a draw, a ball is provided for the shootout, the on that knocks over most of the pins, wins.
During the shootout ball in mixed competition, teams do not have benefits.
At double and teams, the captain designates the player who will execute the shootout move.
-if after the shootout ball the score is still a tie, then another player can perform a shootout move, but it’s not obligatory.

6.3 Medals
Teams and contestant that are ranked I, II and III place will receive medals during the award ceremony. Each team member will be awarded.

6.4 Awards
For first place companies will receive 8 points, for second 7, for third place 24 6 points and so on until 8th place will receive 1 point. Based on the total amount of points gathered by a team in the competition a ranking per companies is made.
Companies will be split in Divisions, after the number of participants as following:
•1st Division from 1 to 5 participants
•2nd Division from 6 to 10 participants
•3rd Division from 11 to 20 participants
•4th Division from 21 to 50 participants
•5th Division from 51 to 100 participants
•6th Division from 101 to 150 participants
•7th Division from 151 to 200 participants
•8th Division over 200 participants
Based on the points received by each company, a ranking on Divisions is made.
The winner of each Division will be awarded a trophy.
There will also be awarded a Trophy for the most amounts of medals (1st, 2nd and 3rd place added together)
The most prestigious trophy, Sport for Life, is awarded to the company that supports our concept and registers the biggest number of contestants.

7. Penalties
7.1 Right to play
In the eventuality in which a team signed up a player who does not respect the first Chapter, they are penalized with losing the game through forfeit, risking also the elimination from the competition.

7.2 No show, withdrawal or refusal to continue the game
The referee and/or the game monitor declares the game lost through no show if a team does not line up the minimum number of players in 5 minutes since the official starting time of the game.
If a team refuses to play or continue a game, they will be penalized with losing the game through forfeit. If the score difference is higher than 3-0, the score is kept.

7.3 Forfeit
Losing a game through forfeit results in the other team registering 0-3 points.

7.4 Other penalties
In the eventuality of a player using profanity or obscene and aggressive gestures, the referee present the red card to the player. Aside from the regulations, the organizer reserves the right to apply penalties (temporary suspension or exclusion from the championship), in the eventuality of a player not respecting the decisions and/or affecting the correct conduit of the championship and/or affect its image.

7.5 Contestations
Contestations must be written, addressed to the Organizers, in the first 15 minutes after the competition stopped with an addition 100 RON fee for the examination of the contestation. Contestations against the game will be examined by a team formed by two members of the organization committee and a neutral representative. Decisions are by majority and final. Organizers can apply sanctions to a contestant and team, which can mean the elimination out of the competition, without the reimbursement of the participation fee.

8. Registering at the SuperCenter
Each contestant must personally register at the SuperCenter, with a passport photo. He will receive an official badge that grants him rights to participate in the competition.
Each competition start on the field with the starting hour showed in the Registration Guide.
Attendance must be done 45 minutes prior to the start of the competition, in order to validate the badge at the officials.
With at least 10 minutes prior to the beginning of the competition, each contestant will line up at the start with the contest number on and the bike ready to go.

Important!

Organizers reserve the rights to deny the application of a company to participate at the competition, and also to bring changes to the hereby regulation, including the format of the game, having the role to better run the event. Any modification and change applied to the rules will be passed on to the participants as soon as possible.

Organizers reserve the rights to cancel certain sporting activities due to not having enough registered in order to schedules shootout games or to move the players to a different category.
Choosing to participate in the Corporate Games competitions, athletes reserve responsibility over their health state. By the hereby regulations, the organizing team of the championship reminds all participants that it is necessary to take a periodic physical exam and one before the start of the competition, the risks that come with not doing it being their own responsibility. By registering for Corporate Games, athletes are fully aware of the risks involved in practicing sports, including injuries or negative affects over ones health. Contestants agree to these regulations by registering in the competition, so in the case of an unfortunate event during a competition they will not have the right to complain to the organizing team.

Registration on Corporate Games and the participation of each athlete at any of the competitions require the athlete to agree and respect the hereby regulation.
By registration in the Corporate Games system, it is assumed that each participant agrees:
-to give Sport Award all rights over their image (individual/group) during the entire time of the event.
-to recognize the right Sport Award has to register and use personal data (name, biographical information, contact information, looks, voice and performance) in any media channel (including audio, photo and video) with the sole purpose of promoting Corporate Games and any other event from this system.
-to not have financial claim or of any other nature against Sport Award, regarding the rights mentioned above.
